How Cohorts Work

Make Your PAKT.

Same crew, every week.

The cohort works because you show up consistently for the same people. Two classes a week, same time, same coach — long enough that progress becomes obvious. And deliberate — always tracked by your coach. Anything less would be just another workout class.

  • Auto-renews monthly

    No annual contract. Card on file, renewed once a month.

  • Cancel anytime after month one

    First month locks the cohort. After that, cancel any time before next renewal.

  • Your slot is yours

    You don’t book each week — your time and coach are reserved for you.

  • Switch on request

    Want a different night or coach? Email and we’ll move you when a slot opens.

Train as often
as you want.

Unlimited Wild classes Mon–Sun, plus weekend Insanity, Total Body, and Prime. Den access included when it opens Jun 20. Best if you're training 4+ times a week.

PAKT Run Club

Members-only run club out the front door — Saturdays + a midweek pace run. Coached, social, free.

Coach-tracked progress

Your coach logs your numbers and writes your classes in 4-week blocks. You just show up and have a good time — your progress is already scheduled into your month.

Member events

Monthly social events — recovery nights, lifts + drinks, partner workouts, the occasional rooftop. Plus member discounts at wellness services and venues around King West.

Wild + Den access perks

Members get priority Den class booking when The Den opens (Jun 20, 2026) before the public window.
