We built the
club we wanted
to train at.

“I wanted a place where strength training and pilates lived under one roof — and where the people in the room knew each other's names.”
I came up coaching strength and Pilates in studios that never talked to each other. I wanted one roof, two floors, and the same crew showing up week after week — not new strangers every class. The Wild and The Den are what that looks like when you build it on purpose.

“Most gyms sell you access. We're selling you a group of people who'll text you if you don't show up.”
Twenty years of coaching taught me one thing: showing up consistently for the same people is the work. Not the program. Not the equipment. The crew. The Wild is built around that — two anchor days a week, same coach, same crew. You get strong because you keep coming back.
Toronto has gyms. What it didn't have was a club. A place that runs on cohorts, not transactions.
Toronto’s gym scene runs on volume — sign up, churn out, repeat. Drop-in classes optimize for the studio’s calendar, not your progress. We’re building the opposite. PAKT runs on cohorts: small groups locked into two anchor days a week, same time, same coach. You know the people next to you. They notice when you don’t show up. That’s the part most gyms can’t sell — and the part that actually makes you better.
Two floors. One pass. Wild downstairs, Den upstairs.
